Cancellation Policy

SATORI SALON AND SPA NO-SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY: ALL scheduled appointments must be cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled time of the appointment. This allows us the opportunity to fill the appointment with another guest. Please call (269) 244 – 5510 to cancel or reschedule. We will require a 50% deposit for future appointments if there is a pattern of last minute cancellations or no show appointments.  The deposit is non-refundable if cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment.
