We will be taking employee and guest temperatures daily as they arrive. If their temperature is 100.1 or higher the employee will be sent home and the guest will be asked to reschedule their appointment.
All employees and guests will be asked to wear face masks/coverings at all times as tolerated.
Social distancing of 6 feet or more will be recommended when possible.
All guests will be asked to wash their hands upon arrival and staff will wash their hands between each guest.
We have installed plexi-glass at our front desk, nail table, shampoo room, pedicure station.
Each pedicure station will be cleaned, and all jets removed and soaked for 10-15 minutes between each guest.
Each stylist station will be cleaned with disinfectant between each guest. All combs, brushes and tools used will be cleaned with Barbicide as well. Each guest will get a clean cape and towels.
All chairs, sinks, door knobs, desk surfaces will be wiped down to prevent the spread of COVID-19 throughout the day.
Satori staff will pull retail products from shelving for guest purchases.
We have removed all magazines and beverages at this time.
We will not be accepting returns at this time.
Guests must come alone to their appointment.
We will not have a lobby at this time, however, we do offer outdoor seating with appropriate 6′ social distancing.
Air purifiers will be running 24 hours each day.
We will be keeping records of staff and guests that come to the salon and will report to the health department if anyone shows signs of having COVID or has tested positive.
For your protection we have installed touch less Purell hand sanitizer dispensers in high traffic areas throughout the salon. We have replaced our cloth hand towels with paper towel dispensers.
Satori Salon and Spa will be closed on Sunday of each week for deep cleaning and disinfecting.
